Sign in and recover your password

Sign in to ALYT

On the web, open the sign-in screen. On iPhone and Android, open ALYT first. Then enter Email or username and Password.

1. Select Sign in.Sign in
2. If Code from your authenticator appears, enter the current six-digit code and submit again.

Recover your password

Use Forgot your password? from the sign-in screen. On a phone, this opens the web recovery page. Enter the email associated with the account and follow the password-reset email to choose a new password that satisfies the checklist. Then return to ALYT to sign in.

What you should see afterwards

• A successful sign-in opens ALYT after your credentials are accepted.
• If Code from your authenticator appears, the app waits for the current six-digit code before completing sign-in.
• A password-reset email lets you choose a new password that meets the checklist before you sign in again.

If it fails

• Read the actual message first, then check your connection and the credentials you entered.
• If the recovery link has expired, request a new recovery email.
• Opening browser registration or recovery does not automatically sign the native phone app in.
• A failed or timed-out request does not prove that the service performed no action.
