What you can do now
Apple TV is Coming and cannot be set up for homeowner use yet. Check its tile in Integrations for current availability. No release date is announced here. For now, keep using your existing web and phone controls.
TV linking and display choices belong in Settings then TV on web and phone. TV settings are separate from car settings. The planned TV app includes Dashboard, Home, Devices, Media, Music, Cameras and Settings, but this guide does not provide setup or remote-control instructions yet.
What to expect later
The planned TV Dashboard shows the selected home. The room identifies where the screen is and its voice destination, but it does not restrict all viewing or permitted controls to that room. Home access still depends on connection permissions.
The final TV app follows the receiver system appearance. It does not choose a theme from the selected home’s clock or timezone. The Security control is grouped alongside thermostat cards, below the weather overview, and it remains bound to current household permission.
Troubleshooting
- If Apple TV still shows as Coming, there is nothing to install or finish in the homeowner app yet.
- If you need to manage your home before Apple TV is available, use your existing web and phone controls.
- If you are looking for TV-related options, check Settings then TV on web and phone rather than car settings.
