Connect ecobee

Before you connect

Open ecobee in your home and read its availability and limits before you continue. Use the workflow for the home you selected. Web uses Integrations. Phone uses Settings then Integrations.

Connect the thermostat

1. Open Integrations on web, or Settings then Integrations on iOS or Android. Then open ecobee.Integrations
2. Enter Address on your network using the thermostat’s address from Settings, Wi-Fi.
3. Choose Connect.Connect
4. When pairing starts, use the fresh code shown by the thermostat in ALYT’s second step and choose Continue.Continue

After the connection

After ALYT confirms the connection, review the discovered items. Use Look for the thermostat to refresh the list when it is offered. Open the corresponding device to check its reported state. A successful connection does not mean the device has carried out a command.

If something goes wrong

• Read the specific on-screen error and correct the field or network it identifies.
• Do not create duplicate connections to investigate an unclear result.
• If the home does not offer a reachable local connection, use Support.
• To remove the connection, choose Disconnect, read the consequence, and confirm the named Disconnect action. Keep it cancels without removing anything.
