Before you connect
Open the area for integrations in the correct home. On web, choose Integrations. On iOS and Android, go to Settings, then Integrations. Open SwitchBot and read its availability and limits for this home. If SwitchBot is not offered for this home, use Support instead of trying to connect it.
Connect SwitchBot
- In the SwitchBot connection form, enter Token in the Token field and Secret in the Secret field.
- Choose Connect.Connect
ALYT should confirm the connection after the form is submitted.
After the connection
Review the discovered items. If the option is shown, use Look for SwitchBot devices to refresh the list. Then open the corresponding device to check its reported state. A successful connection does not mean the device has carried out a command.
Troubleshooting
If an error appears, read the on-screen message first. Correct the field or network issue it names, then try again. Do not create duplicate connections to investigate an unclear result. Keep Token and Secret in the connection form and do not send them in a support message.
To remove the connection, choose Disconnect, read the consequence, and confirm the named Disconnect action. Keep it cancels the removal and leaves the connection in place.
