Do I need to host a platform for my customers?
The standard route is hosted by ALYT. Your business uses the partner portal to work with its assigned customers and homes.
When should we discuss self-hosting?
When one customer needs a specialised deployment for an estate, villa, mansion, business or corporate facility. This is a single-tenant solution released on request for that customer, who remains part of your partner portfolio. It is not a shared self-hosted platform for all of your customers.
How are commercial terms and branding agreed?
We discuss the partnership around your market and projects. Any specialist self-hosted deployment, including branding and ongoing support, is scoped and agreed individually with ALYT.
