Matter availability

What this means right now

Matter cannot be set up for homeowner use yet. Matter accessories also cannot be paired or controlled through ALYT yet. If you already use a supported integration for a device, keep using that existing control path for now.

This availability applies to web, iOS, and Android. The current guidance is the same on all three platforms.

How to check availability

1. Open Integrations and look for the Matter tile.
2. Review the tile to see the current availability status.

What you should see afterwards

• The Matter tile in Integrations shows its current availability.
• You do not have setup steps for Matter yet.
• You continue using your existing web and phone controls for supported devices.

Troubleshooting

If you do not see Matter available for setup, that matches the current status. There is no homeowner setup path yet, and no release date is announced here.

If a device already works through another supported integration, leave that integration in place and keep using it until Matter becomes available.
