Check service status and contact the right team

Use System status to check shared ALYT services, or use Contact to reach the right team without signing in. The status page shows recorded checks and history, and Contact lets you choose the inquiry type that fits your situation.

Check service status

Open System status from the bottom of the ALYT website. You can do this even when you are signed out. The page shows shared services behind ALYT, including integrations and local AI.

  1. Open System status from the footer.System status
  2. Search for a service to see its current check and hourly history.
  3. Read availability together with coverage. Coverage shows how much information was recorded, and a gap appears as unknown.
  4. Use the incident reports and times as recorded. Report times are shown in UTC.

Afterwards, you should see the service name, its current check, and a history view with partial bars where checks were recorded and gaps where time was not observed. Some entries are explicitly unmonitored and show unknown availability.

Contact the right team

Choose Contact in the footer to send an inquiry. You do not need to sign in.

  1. Choose Contact in the footer.Contact
  2. Select General inquiries, Partnerships, Developers or Support.
  3. If you chose Support, say whether your home is supported by a partner.
  4. If your home is partner-supported, enter the company name and choose your verified partner.
  5. Send the inquiry and keep the request reference.

After sending, Saved means the request was recorded, but it may still be waiting for delivery. When partner forwarding succeeds, you receive an email that says it was forwarded and that the partner will reach out. Direct ALYT inquiries receive an initial response within 48 hours, but that is only a reply target, not a promise that the issue will be resolved by then. You can reply to the ALYT acknowledgement to add details. Do not send passwords or access codes.

The footer also links to the partner and developer portals, documentation, Privacy, Terms of service, Acceptable use and Report a security issue. These links remain available before and after sign-in on the console, partner and developer websites.
