Close your account

Before you close the account

This is account closure, not signing out. The screen explains what is deleted and what remains before you confirm.

Voice history belongs to the home, so account closure cannot remove only your own spoken turns. If you want to delete those turns, review Voice history separately before you close the account.

Devices and integrations are not all removed by account closure. If you are the only member of the home, the home is removed with the account. If other members remain, the last owner must arrange for another owner before leaving.

How to close your account

1. On the phone, open Settings and tap Close your account.
2. Read the warning This cannot be undone and review the list of what goes and what stays.
3. Under Confirm it is you, enter Your password.
4. If the screen asks for it, enter the current Six-digit code from the authenticator.
5. Choose Close my account only when you are ready to finish.Close my account
6. If you decide not to continue, choose Keep my account.Keep my account

What you should see afterwards

If closure succeeds, the app signs you out.

If the password is wrong, the code is missing, or ownership rules block closure, the account stays in place and the screen explains why.

If you are blocked because you are the last owner, contact Support instead of trying to remove other people’s access.

Troubleshooting

• Wrong password: re-enter Your password and try again.
• Six-digit code missing or invalid: enter the current code from the authenticator when the screen asks for it.
• Ownership restriction: if you are the last owner of a home that still has other members, the account cannot close yet.
• If the current account state is unclear after an error, check the account again before repeating the request.
