Review and delete voice history

Open Voice history

1. On your phone, open Settings, Voice, then History and stats. On both iOS and Android, this opens Voice history.
2. Review the summary cards first. By day shows the recent count of turns. How it went shows Turns, Typical, Slowest 5%, and Failed.
3. Look under What was heard to see the retained turns for your home. If a transcript was not stored, the list shows that it is not stored instead of trying to reconstruct it.

Delete a turn

1. In What was heard, press and hold the turn you want to remove.
2. Read Delete this turn? and the message that says it is removed from ALYT for good.Delete
3. Choose Delete to remove the turn. Choose Keep it to cancel.Delete

Troubleshooting

• If Voice history does not load, check that you are signed in to the correct home and that you can access that home.
• If the turn list is empty, that can mean nothing has been said yet or nothing was retained as a transcript; it does not mean the page failed.
• If delete does not work, try again from the same turn and watch for the message that says That turn was not deleted.
