Connect Plex

Start in the correct home and open the Integrations area for your platform. On web, choose Integrations. On iOS and Android, go to Settings then Integrations. Open Plex and check that this home offers connection and that the limits fit your setup.

1. In the correct home, open Integrations. If you are on a phone, first go to Settings, then Integrations.Integrations
2. Open Plex and review its availability and limits for this home.
3. Enter the Plex server address and the Plex token in the connection form. Keep the token private.
4. Choose Connect.Connect

This connection requires a self-hosted ALYT home and a reachable Plex server. The Plex server address must be reachable by your ALYT server and approved in its deployment settings. The Plex token is sensitive and grants access to the libraries you can see.

After ALYT confirms the connection, review the discovered items. Connection success alone does not mean a device has carried out a command. For a music library, open Media to check its reported state.

What you should see afterwards

• ALYT confirms the connection.
• The discovered items appear for review.
• The music library can be checked from Media.
• Read the library again is available when offered to refresh the saved listing.

If the library view is available, use Open the library to view its contents. Connection alone does not display the library.
