Check the affected device
On web, iPhone, or Android, select the correct home, open Devices, and open the affected device. Check the room, connection, reported value, and reading time.
- Select the correct home.
- Open Devices.
- Open the affected device.
- Check the room, connection, reported value, and reading time.
- For a light, compare the actual power, brightness, warmth, or color with the result you requested.
Understand incomplete work
A prepared change has permission but no physical result. A sent or acknowledged request still needs device evidence. A confirmed result has a fresh correlated reading from the device or its existing connection.
- A routine can be partially complete, so one device may change while another effect remains unknown.
- Keep each device’s result separately.
- A definite device refusal is a failed result.
- A lost response or a timeout after sending leaves the result unknown.
- A radio acknowledgement does not prove that something moved or that a message was audible.
Model-directed light permission lasts at most 45 seconds, or less if its original access or evidence expires. Its observation window ends no later than 60 seconds after recorded dispatch or 120 seconds after preparation, whichever comes first. Reconnecting or signing in again does not renew that original change.
Cancel and recover safely
Cancellation withdraws unsent permission. It cannot take back a frame already sent to a device. After a restart or lost response, ALYT checks the original records and physical evidence without automatically repeating uncertain changes.
- If the result is unclear, check the real device before choosing another manual command.
- Use your existing supported controls, saved routines, voice, and cloud Simone only in their normal behavior and connection requirements.
- For help, open Support and include the selected home, device, original time, requested result, current reading, and what you actually observed.
- Keep passwords and private credentials out of notes.
