Open your home's plans
Choose the correct home first. On web or phone, open Voice, then AI actions, and then Open AI actions. The entry appears only for homes where this workflow is enabled. Your plans belong to your signed-in account and selected home.
Use Review plan to open one. Next page and First page move through the bounded list. Refresh reads the original records. If this workflow is disabled, use Devices and Routines for ordinary control.
Review before approving
Check every device, room, requested power, brightness, temperature, or colour, and the action ordering. A dependent action waits for physical confirmation of its prerequisite. For a saved routine, check its name and installed version. Read the explanation and any uncertainty.
Device names and explanations are display text only. They do not grant permission. The plan also shows preparation time, original context age, context validity, and approval expiry. If the original context age is unavailable, ALYT says so.
Plan identity includes the exact version and digest on web. On phone, those details appear below the plan. Approve exact plan does not send commands; it approves this version. Execute approved plan is separate.
If the home, device family, installed routine, or context has changed, approval or execution can still be blocked. A changed or unavailable context disables approval and execution. Expired permission cannot be extended by refreshing or reconnecting.
Correct or cancel a plan
Before sending begins, Correct plan lets you change the original direct light values. Original devices and dependencies stay fixed. Save new plan for review captures fresh context and creates a new unapproved plan.
Review and approve that new plan; corrections require new approval. Approval never carries over from the previous version.
Edit a saved routine in Routines rather than changing its individual actions here. Correct plan refreshes that routine's current installed plan for a new review.
Cancel unsent actions withdraws unsent permission. An already transmitted action cannot be undone by cancellation; cancellation cannot undo an already transmitted action. Check its original physical result.
Read the result honestly
Not sent, Prepared to send, Sent, and Checking physical result are not confirmation. Physically confirmed needs a fresh correlated device report or adapter readback. An acknowledgement, cached value, or overall routine success flag is not enough.
Brightness zero is confirmed by a power-off report. Check each action. A partial plan can contain a confirmed light and an unresolved action. Failed means a definite rejection; Physical result unknown means ALYT cannot establish what happened.
Refresh original result reads and reconciles the original attempt without sending again. Refresh original result never resends. If a request fails, read that original result before another decision.
A home or account switch discards the old review. The phone does not restore proposal approval controls from its offline cache. Use ordinary controls deliberately after checking the actual device state. ALYT never restores over a newer operator change.
Read household microphone receipts
A current home Owner can read shared-microphone receipts alongside their own proposals in AI actions. A microphone receipt is read-only and has no approve, execute, cancel, or correction controls.
Return to Voice and Revoke voice consent to withdraw unsent microphone authority. A transmitted effect keeps its original outcome and recovery record. Another person's personal proposals remain private, including from other Owners. Losing Owner membership removes access to microphone receipts.
